We offer a refund or exchange for change of mind up to 30 days after the purchase date.
This excludes furniture items, drinks, innerwear garments, and skin care products from the products range. This is for hygiene reasons.
Products must be in the same condition they were purchased in. All packaging and tags must be returned for a refund or exchange to be accepted
Such refunds and exchanges can only occur once.
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions like Valentine’s Day etc.
These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
After the 30 days have passed, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
